HumanClick Announces Pro Version 2.1

New Features in HumanClick Pro version 2.1:

Email Signature
The Email Signature feature enables the addition of the HumanClick 'Click to Chat' button as part of your email signature. This will let recipients of your emails click and chat with you live, turning your email into an interactive customer service tool.

Profiles
Profiles lets you use multiple HumanClick Web Operator Windows (with separate HumanClick ID numbers) simultaneously. For example, some web sites use one HumanClick account for pre-sales customer service and a second for post-sales product support. With Profiles, you can support both HumanClick accounts from the same computer at the same time.

Upgrade Now
To add these features, simply upgrade to HumanClick 2.1 . Open up HumanClick's Web Operator Window (WOW) and click on 'HumanClick', and then 'Upgrade HumanClick'.  If this feature is not available, download the full version.

Update your buttons

HumanClick has just made it easy for you to upgrade to our new, improved HumanClick Button and Monitor Tags. These tags improve the loading time of your web pages and enable placing different buttons on different pages. If you are not currently using 'split tags' on your web pages, we highly recommend that you update your tags as follows (if you did not update your tags manually with HumanClick version 2.0, then you are not using these new tags):
In the HumanClick 2.1 Web Operator Window, click on 'Tools' > 'Add HumanClick Button' and select 'Automatically Embed' .
You do not need to remove the old tag in your pages-they will be replaced automatically.

Turn your Email into an Interactive Customer Service Tool

The following tip was submitted by Rob Hudson from DataWise Consulting.

I recently added HumanClick to my HTML email signature in Microsoft Outlook. Now, by opening up any of my emails:

  • My contacts can tell if I'm at my desk or out of the office.
  • My contacts can begin a chat session right from the email.
This gives my customers three very important impressions of my business:
  • First, it tells them that customer service is very important to me. I am easy to contact if they have a question or concern.
  • Second, it gives them the impression that I am on the cutting edge of technology.
  • Third, it sets me apart from my competitors. Most of my competitors have a very simple email signature, if they have one at all. None of them have built a chat application into their email signature.

Every time a customer receives an email from me, these impressions are reinforced, and they are reminded that I am different than my competitors.
