Time-Saving Tips from HumanClick!
With summer upon us (and winter for our thousands of customers in the Southern Hemisphere), we wanted to give you a few tips to get more out of your HumanClick Service:
Increase Productivity by Maximizing your Operator Interface
1. Repeat Visitor Identification
This Repeat Visitor Identification icon means this visitor previously visited
your website and this one means this visitor previously
chatted with you. Give these customers special attention, because as retailing experts say, it's less expensive to keep an existing customer than to acquire a new one.
With the History button, you can access all available information about
this customer (page visited, referrer, chat transcripts...). HumanClick Pro only.
2. Organize your customers to provide better service.
You can sort your site visitors according to any of the column headings. That means you can sort your visitors by: Operator, Current Page, Page Time, Total Pages, # of Pages or Browser Type by simply clicking on the column heading.

3. HumanClick's Monitor Tag
You don't have to hire an expensive consulting firm to conduct a usability study of your website. The Monitor Tag lets you see in real-time how your website visitors progress through your website. If you're embedding your tags manually, make sure to
place the Monitor Tag on the bottom of your web page right before the </BODY> tag. This will optimize the loading time of your web pages.
4. Analyze your marketing efforts with our Referrer Feature
In the Info Tab at the bottom of our Chat Interface, you’ll find our Referrer feature, which can tell you from where a visitor came. Right click on the Referrer URL (or Current Page URL) and you’ll be able to open or copy that URL.

5. HumanClick's Live Directory
Chat is fast becoming the way to search, shop and surf the Internet. If you haven't done so already, sign up for HumanClick's Live Directory service, our directory of all HumanClick customers offering Live
Customer Service. That way, when your customers search in your product category, they'll be able to find and chat with you. To sign up, click on the Member Home button from your Web Operator Window (WOW) and select the Live Directory link.
