I would personally like to thank the thousands of you who expressed your support for HumanClick by signing up for HumanClick Pro or Express.

The large base of paying customers will enable HumanClick to continue developing product enhancements, so that we can provide even better support, sales and customer service.

And I would also like to thank our non-profit and smaller business customers, who have continued to use HumanClick Free. As always, you remain an important part of the HumanClick community.

Don't forget to Update to HumanClick 3.0!

Are you still using HumanClick 2.1? If so, open your Web Operator Window and click on Update OR Upgrade HumanClick from the HumanClick drop-down menu to update to HumanClick 3.0.

HumanClick Special Offer Continues through February

What happens if I haven't signed up by January 17th?

For all customers who haven't signed up for HumanClick Pro or Express by January 17, 2001, you will be reverted to HumanClick Free on January 18, 2001.

If you customized your buttons, you will have to re-embed buttons from the
HumanClick Gallery. (you can do this simply by re-embedding your buttons without removing the original ones. Just click on the Add HumanClick Button option from your Web Operator Window, and follow the Automatically embed the HumanClick Button option, selecting images from the HumanClick Button Gallery.)

If you decide that you want to sign up for HumanClick after January 17, 2001, all of your Pro functionality, including Chat Transcripts and Canned Response, will be saved.

Helping HumanClick Help Others

HumanClick is proud of our tradition of offering support and service to non-profit organizations. We get many emails from various charitable organizations detailing how they use HumanClick to help others in their community.

HumanClick has decided that it's time to do something about it. In light of the fact that we are now charging for HumanClick Pro, we would like to ask non-profit organizations to tell us how they're helping their community. HumanClick will then post the leading responses and invite customers to Sponsor the site of their choice.

Non-profit/charity organizations: Please send HumanClick an email with your URL, HC number and logo as a gif or jpg attachment, telling us how you use HumanClick to help your community. Send to newsletter@liveperson.com
