Start Chatting with HumanClick!

You can start offering live customer service to your visitors on your web site immediately!

STEP 1:   Create your HumanClick account
If you already have created a HumanClick account, please proceed to Step 2.
Click Here if you DO NOT yet have a HumanClick account.
STEP 2:   Download the Software

Click Here to download the HumanClick Software (2MB).

STEP 3:   Install and Register the Software

Once you have completed the download, click on the file (gmsetup.exe) to install HumanClick with our easy-to-use installation wizard.

When you get to the User Information dialog box below, enter your ID and Password that were provided to you in Step 1.

STEP 4:  Start the Web operator Window

Upon completing the installation process, double click on the yellow bell at the bottom of your screen (on the lower right, in the system tray) to open the HumanClick Web Operator Window.

Click Here for a page that simulates a HumanClick button with your ID number. This enables you to use all the features of your service before embeding the button in your Website or email.

STEP 5:  Add the HumanClick Button to your Web Site

To add the Click to Chat button to your web site, choose Tools > Add HumanClick Button in the HumanClick Web Operator Window.

You can embed the buttons (HTML tags) on your web site automatically or manually. Simply follow the instructions in our button embedding wizard.
