Increase your on-site activity with Customized IconsThe following tip was submitted by Jackie Capps Visitors not responding to your invitation to chat? It's time to take matters into your own hands-personalize your invite to chat icons with HumanClick's Pro Version. Here's what Jackie did: "I made a new invitation to chat icon! This was most important if I wanted to ask my customers questions to see if they were finding what they needed or were enjoying the site. This icon welcomed them and then told them that I was the owner of the site and asked if they had a moment to chat with me. I also placed a picture of myself in the graphic along with my web site's logo. 99% of my invitations were happily accepted! By doing all of this I brought back the feeling that there was someone there with them if they needed me - good, "Hi how are you doing?" customer service! Something that only brick and mortar store could do. Not anymore thanks to the Human Click Pro version." Hours of operationNot all web site owners are up and at their computer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your customers will understand this too! Even though our icon does change according to your online/offline status -you can add (in simple text above the icon) - the hours that you can normally be reached online and you will find that HumanClick will be used to the maximum!
