One trick we use is to place the HumanClick code in our E-Books. This allows us to monitor when anyone downloads an E-Book. We can actually send them a message that pops up a window and says "Thanks for downloading... etc." This really breaks the ice and makes for an easy way to chat about future business. I can not only talk with victims while I am at home but even so while at work. I can talk to women and men alike who are in a very desperate situation in regards to living in a domestic violence situation and I believe I was able to talk a suicidal woman out of ending her pain and looking at life a different way when she left her abuser. I love what HumanClick is doing for our business! The fact that I can monitor our traffic in real-time is amazing. What really helps is seeing how they came to our site through the referer section.
